Arthur came to Auckland in 1986 following a first life as a sheep and cattle farmer while milking a large herd of dairy cows on the side.

After returning to University again to get REINZ Agency qualified for Real Estate, he worked for several small boutique agencies, then for four years headed Challenge Project Marketing eventually working under his own licence focusing on the CBD.

He specialised in site acquisition for large projects for many of the CBD developers in the 90s and continues the same work to the present time.

Graeme Johnstone

Graeme has been selling properties since 1984. He was considered part of the furniture when he spent 16 years with Barfoot and Thompson.

There is never a dull moment when he is around. Graeme specialises in off market selling to targeted purchasers looking to expand or reduce their investment portfolios.

He has the skill to always stay in touch. As he says "there is always a buyer if you have a seller".

David la Varis

David has been a registered land agent for more than 30 years in and around the Auckland region.

In recent years his main business activity has been in commercial real estate and mostly city-fringe area however has also sold a substantial number of residential homes, sections and apartments during this period of long service within the real estate industry.

David has recently purchased a home /office in Te Kuiti.

Mark Hoyles

Mark Hoyles first started real estate after 10 years in the hospitality industry. Within that time the passion to serve the people with top class service has not faltered.
